A pair of late Victorian mahogany candlesticks, each candlestick of octagonal section with a campana shaped sconce over a slender baluster shaft to a double capstan above an upturned acorn shaped base, all with gilded harebells and leaves, on a spreading foot with a moulded edge. English, circa 1880. Condition: Excellent, both candlesticks are in very good condition with no marks or breaks, each stands well and straight and they have very elegant proportions with a pleasing colour and patina.
