The sardines are worked according to the oldest method which dates back to 1804 (from the time of the “Penn Sardins”): they are first salted and then dried before being put into raw verrines. They thus retain all their taste. They are not fried. Our customers find them more digestible. The advantage of the jar is that it does not contain bisphenol and can be closed. One jar is equivalent to 3 boxes.
