It is obtained by cold extraction and mixing both ingredients carefully. The simultaneous crushing transfers the chilli pepper scent into the olives, and what we get is a pleasant organic dressing with an intense mediterranean taste. There are just two ingredients: olives at 90% and chilli pepper at 10%. There are no essential oils or artificial aromas.
