Reclaimed Flagstone Flooring A large batch of Reclaimed Flagstone Flooring, this is a local Cumbrian/Lakeland Flagstone known as Freestone, a form of sandstone that is predominantly grey in colour and has a wonderful soft texture and unusual worm like impressions, exposed by hundreds of years of wear and use. Dating from the late 18th or early 19th century, these traditional flags are the ideal flooring for a restoration or renovation project. They will look wonderful laid very tightly with no jointing in any age of property, and would work equally well inside or out. If we do not have sufficient quantity in stock for your project, please get in touch as we are able to source specific stone for customers, and will often have batches which are coming in and not yet measured or prepared for sale.
