A fine Regency Old Sheffield Plate tray, the rectangular tray with rounded corners and bold gadroon edge, around a plain centre and with richly cast twin handles with floral and scrolling foliate motifs. English, circa 1810. Condition: Overall very good, the tray is in very good condition with no dents or scratches, there is plate wear on the underside but the showing side has very little plate wear. Overall it has a wonderful colour and appearance. Dimensions: Width = 71 cm (28”) Depth = 42 cm (16.5”)
