Care for Parrots and Cockatoos is a super premium complete feed, ideal for Amazon parrots, South American parrots and most cockatoos. The ingredients, which are more than 95% organic, are cold pressed into pellets, approximately 5mm in size. As the ingredients are not heated, they retain their natural nutritional value. Since vegetables, fruit and pulse crops are naturally full of vitamins and minerals the pellets have a very high nutritional value. No chemical colourings or preservatives have been added to Care for Parrots and Cockatoos. Every pellet has the same composition (All-in-One), ensuring that selective feeding will be prevented and providing the assurance that a complete diet has been consumed. Ingredients: Spinach, kale, dandelions, carrots, oregano, rosemary, potatoes, broccoli, citrus, wheat, wheatgerm oil, rosehips, maize, barley, triticale, lupin hulls, rosemary, peas sunflower, sesame, soya oil, cinnamon, linseed, peas, alfalfa, kale, and pumpkin.   How to use: Feeding Advice: As with any new food, it is advisable to introduce the food slowly mixed with the bird’s current food; especially if its not used to being fed with pellets. A bird’s nutritional needs depend on its size, activity, housing, temperature and weather conditions. However, as a guide, for smaller parrots and cockatoos feed approximately 20g per day, using the free scoop provided. Larger parrots and cockatoos should be fed approximately 25-40g per bird per day, using the free scoop provided. Regularly check the bird’s weight to ensure you are feeding enough. Fresh drinking water should be given daily. Care for Parrots and Cockatoos is a complete feed so fulfils your bird’s daily needs.
